Lasinmed invited physical therapist Hu Wanting from Muheng to share the session “Why Do You Feel Tighter the More You Run?” The first half of the session focused on glute structure and movement patterns. It explained why weak glutes can increase the risk of running injuries. The second half guided participants through glute activation tests and practical exercises to help them train the glutes more effectively.
